1. | CHEERLEADER COORDINATOR'S MEETING
Cheerleader Coordinators have a meeting to prepare for post season showcase on Monday October 27TH at 6:00 p.m. at Kenneth L. Johnson Center.

2. | PLAYOFF TEAM HEAD COACHES MEETINGS
Those Bantamweight and Termite head coaches whose team make the post season playoffs will meet on Monday October 20TH at 5:30 p.m.
Those Pee Wee and Midget head coaches whose team make the post season playoffs will meet on Monday October 20TH at 6:30 p.m.

3. | FOOTBALL ORGANIZATIONAL COORDINATOR'S MEETINGS
The football team organizational coordinators meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month starting in February and concluding with the season. No meetings are scheduled in October, November or December with the League Director.
The first meeting in 2009 is February 9TH, 2009.

The cheerleader team organizational coordinators meet the 2nd Thursday of each month starting in February and concluding with the season. No meetings are scheduled in October, November or December with the League Director.

5. | POST SEASON EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION MEETINGS
Our 2008 post season evaluation meetings have been scheduled at the Kenneth L. Johnson recreation center at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates.
