The participants are ages 12-13, can not turn 14 before September 1, 2010. The weight limit is 145 lbs. and all participants are weighed-in before their game. A special weight limit for restricted line players is 165 lbs. - (Dotted players).
Weigh-ins will take place before every game during the regular season. In the playoffs - Once the football participant has made the weight - then that participant will no longer be required to weigh in for the remainder of the playoffs.

All teams plays each opponent in your division 1 time + 1 opponent outside of your Division = 6 regular season games.
Playoff Plans:
The top 4 teams in each division make the post season playoffs. These single elimination playoffs begin on October 17, 2010.
Tiebreaker Guidelines:
Should a tie in the standings of a division occur, the procedure will be as follows:
1. Head to Head competition
2. Best record within the division.
3. Flip of a coin
