Termite | Midget | Pee Wee | Bantamweight
Our goal is to provide an opportunity for your child to have an enjoyable experience this season. Your child has registered with a team in the Termite Division.
A few guidelines that you need to be aware of before the season begins:
REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY
Ages: 6 - 8 years old, can not turn 9 prior to September 1, 2009.
Physical: Participant must have a complete physical. A document verifying the physical by your physician must be submitted to the league office.
Weight Limit: The weight limit is 105 lbs. Players are to report to the game site one hour before game time for their weigh-ins and contract verification check. Weigh-ins will take place before every game during the regular season. In the playoffs - once the player makes weight in the first playoff game - then he is not required to weigh-in for the remainder of the playoffs.
Registration: Each participant must submit a signed contract by the participant, parent or legal guardian and the coach. This contract card must be completed in INK not pencil. Once the contract and the physical documentation are on file, your child is now eligible to participate.
This team only: Your child may only play for this team and only in the Greater Cleveland Muny Football league to be eligible to play
MEDICAL COVERAGE
A secondary medical coverage is available in case of any injury. Our insurance only covers the scheduled Muny Football games. It does not cover - any bowl games, out of town games, or other games not scheduled by our office. You should receive a claim form from your coach or from the field monitor at game sites. Players must be under contract to receive any medical coverage. Please communicate with your organizational coordinator or team head coach if an injury occurs.
FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER
Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
A. Team practices must end by 7:30 p.m. on a school night.
B. All spectators are required to sit in the stands at all fields.
C. Gunning and Luke Easter has no stands - Please bring your own chair.
D. Also, Luke Easter has only two (2) outside portable toilets.
E. Attached is your child's season schedule, plan of play and directions to all fields.
F. A Parent code of ethics pledge is included. Help make this experience for your child one that he will cherish the rest of his life. IT'S THEIR GAME - NOT OURS!
G. It's free admission for all league games during the regular season. Admission will be charged during the league playoffs. Playoff admission: $3 - Adult, $2 - children. The football games played at Collinwood on September 26 will have an admission charge of $3 for adults and $2 for children.
SOME OF THE GAME RULES
1. NO GRACE PERIOD FOR ANY GAMES.
- Good players report at least 60 minutes before game time for proper warm-up.
2. Length of game - Four (7) minute quarters of regulation time.
3. A coach will be on the field to work with the children during the game.
4. Players are required to be properly equipped.
